South Africa’s Aspen sells menopause treatment rights for $220 million but keeps 10-year European supply deal

South African pharmaceutical company Aspen Pharmacare has agreed to sell the European rights to its women’s health product Ovestin to Ennogen Healthcare International for €197 million, equivalent to approximately $220 million.
