Devendra Fadnavis spends Diwali at farmer's home; assures action on irrigation, drinking water issues

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis spent Diwali at a farmer's home in Nagpur and interacted with local farmers and sarpanches. He announced a relaxation of borewell restrictions till December 15 to help farmers save their orchards.
