Sensex, Nifty extend winning streak to 6 sessions: 5 factors driving D-Street rally

The Sensex surged 2,008 points and the Nifty gained 576 points as Indian markets extended their winning streak to six sessions. A 19% weekly decline in Brent crude, heavy buying in banking stocks and positive Q2 earnings in select auto and other stocks supported the rally.
