Jyothy Labs Buyback: Here's what 2.4 lakh retail shareholders need to know after Q2 results

Promoters and promoter group entities of Jyothy Laboratories will not be participating in the buyback, the company said in its statement. The board has also constituted a buyback committee to formulate further details of the buyback. Record date for the same has not yet been disclosed.
