NBCC signs MoUs for four Patna redevelopment projects; expected proceeds at ₹5,152 crore

NBCC has signed MoUs with Bihar government departments for four redevelopment projects in Patna under Phase-I, with expected sale and lease proceeds of around ₹5,152 crore. The projects have a tentative cost of ₹2,000 crore, excluding GST, and will be undertaken without budgetary assistance from the state government.
