Bajaj Auto to expand Chetak capacity to 80,000 units a month by March quarter

Rakesh Sharma, Joint MD, Bajaj Auto said, the company plans to increase Chetak electric scooter capacity from 60,000 to 80,000 units, with the expanded capacity expected to come on stream in the fourth quarter. It is also planning capacity additions across segments to ease production constraints.
