Israel election: Record turnout as Netanyahu and Eisenkot remain deadlocked
Israel's election remained deadlocked on Tuesday, exit polls showed, with opposition leader Gadi Eisenkot's bloc narrowly ahead of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's camp by 52 seats to 50. Neither side had a clear path to forming a government. Voter turnout reached 77.7%, the highest in more than two decades.
