Piramal Pharma Q2 Results: Firm swings to profit as revenue jumps 28%, led by CDMO growth

Piramal Pharma swung to a net profit of ₹5.58 crore in Q2 FY27 from a loss of ₹99.2 crore a year earlier, as revenue grew 28% to ₹2,617 crore and EBITDA margin expanded to 13.3%. The company upgraded its FY27 revenue growth outlook to 19%–20%, supported by first-half business momentum and improved profitability.
