Russia, Ukraine begin localised ceasefire to allow for humanitarian operation in Oleshky

Oct 27 - Russia and Ukraine have started a localised ceasefire to allow for a humanitarian operation to begin in the Russian-occupied town of Oleshky, both sides said on Tuesday.
