Microsoft buyout offer to employees: Who is eligible and what more 60,000 techies have been offered

Microsoft has offered voluntary exits to about 60,000 employees, or 27% of its global workforce. Eligible staff in four countries may receive severance, continued stock vesting, health insurance and career-planning support.
