Brigade Hotel Ventures Q2 Results: Net profit doubles as ARR rises 11% and RevPAR up 10%

Brigade Hotel reported a doubling of Q2 FY27 net profit to ₹22 crore, while revenue from operations rose 10% to ₹138.2 crore. EBITDA increased 29.4% to ₹48.17 crore, and the margin expanded to 34.85% from 29.61%. For H1 FY27, net profit rose 122% to ₹39 crore, while consolidated total revenue grew 7% to ₹273 crore.
