From E20 to E100: India updates motor vehicles rules for ethanol-powered flex-fuel cars

India has amended motor vehicle rules to allow flex-fuel vehicles certified to run on up to 100% ethanol-blended petrol, ahead of planned E100 model launches by some carmakers.
