Ukraine says Starlink access restored to normal speed as Musk cites ‘breach of terms’

Ukraine's Starlink access restored: Elon Musk faced a backlash after his SpaceX introduced a limit on some Starlink services in ‌Ukraine. He, however, clarified that the decision to restrict Ukraine's access to Starlink satellite internet services rested with the US government.
