Delhi winter pollution rules: What changes for drivers, fuel stations and offices from Nov 1

Delhi will bar non-BS6 vehicles registered outside the capital from 1 November 2026 to 31 January 2027, and deny fuel to vehicles without a valid PUC certificate under its Winter Action Plan.
