Eternal to acquire 5.4% stake in Mygate in Rs 156 crore share-swap deal

The Company will eventually own a 4.4% equity stake on a fully diluted basis in the merged Mygate entity. This stake is currently valued at Rs 156 crore. The Company had invested Rs 112 crore in Adonmo in January 2022, according to the company's exchange filing.
