Centre earns nearly ₹500 crore from scrap disposal during special cleanliness drive

The Centre has earned ₹491.28 crore from scrap disposal under Special Swachhata Campaign 6.0, up from ₹304.72 crore a year ago. The drive has covered over 8.34 lakh sites and freed 116 lakh square feet of space, with the campaign ending on October 31.
