Tata Sons breaks from the past and drops Article 118 reference in Chandrasekaran’s third-term resolution

Tata Trusts chair Noel Tata had pointed out that the same board had earlier followed Article 118 to reappoint Chandrasekaran, but did not do so on 17 September.
