Kenya’s Court of Appeal has decided to speed up its hearing for the telecoms giant, Vodafone, in a case challenging a ruling that cancelled a $1.9 billion deal in which the company was set to acquire a stake in Safaricom, East Africa’s largest mobile network operator.
