Mozambique: Chapo Calls for Mechanisms Aimed At Distinguishing Competent Teachers

[AIM] Maputo -- Mozambican President Daniel Chapo has urged the Ministry of Education to develop mechanisms aimed at recognizing teachers who distinguish themselves by merit, dedication, competence and responsibility.
