WATCH: Fugitive arrested living double life as popular chef

U.S. Marshals say the man, known as Troy Williams and the chef at Miss B's Coconut Club in San Diego, is actually 50-year-old Brian Anthony Williams, who's wanted for a kidnapping in Iowa.
