Sun Pharma to consider ₹15,000 crore NCD issue; board meeting on 12 October

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries will hold a Board meeting on October 12, 2026, to approve the issuance of non-convertible debentures worth up to ₹15,000 crore to fund a bridge loan for acquiring Organon & Co.
