Morocco's first female head of government: Symbol or real reform?

Fatima Zahra Mansouri has been chosen as Morocco's first female prime minister. Is her appointment a kind of symbolism, to show Morocco in a positive light? Or could Mansouri bring genuine changes for Moroccan women?
