Meta appeals ruling that it can’t force Nigerians to accept ad tracking

Meta is appealing a Lagos High Court ruling that limits how it can use Nigerians’ Facebook and Instagram data for behavioural advertising, putting consent, targeted ads and cross-border data transfers before the Court of Appeal.
