Britannia rejigs senior management as N. Venkataraman moves to deputy MD role

Britannia Industries will appoint N. Venkataraman as Deputy Managing Director and Ramamurthy Jayaraman as CFO from October 1. The move separates the company’s finance leadership from Venkataraman’s wider responsibilities across strategy, legal, IT and other functions.
