India to have more elderlies later this century as fertility falls, age structure shifts: Moody's

Moody’s Ratings said India’s demographic advantage is beginning to fade as fertility drops below replacement levels, setting the stage for a much older population later this century. Fewer workers and consumers could make productivity increasingly important for economic growth.
