Bank strike: Over 50% banking users faced delays accessing their own money; 67% flag repeated KYC

As banks prepare for a three-day nationwide strike from September 28, a LocalCircles survey of over 114,000 banking users across 307 districts highlights common problems with KYC, branch-dependent services, paperwork and grievance redressal. The findings also show strong demand for simpler digital processes and one-time KYC.
