Air India AI-171 crash: Pilots’ body seeks role in review of draft AAIB report

In a letter dated September 25 to Civil Aviation Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu, the pilots’ body requested that it be nominated as an “independent technical participant” in any mechanism set up to scrutinise the draft report prepared by the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB).
