Another African country rejects Trump’s deportation plan despite US $410m incentive push

Côte d’Ivoire has become the latest African country reported to have rejected a US proposal to receive migrants deported from America who are not citizens of the West African country, adding to growing resistance to President Donald Trump’s third-country deportation programme.
