Government to borrow ₹7.86 lakh crore in H2 FY27, including ₹15,000 crore via green bonds

The government is expected to undertake market borrowing of ₹15,99,506 crore through dated securities during FY27, lower than the Budget Estimate of ₹17,20,000 crore.
