Natco Pharma board approves rights issue to raise up to ₹1,279 crore

According to a regulatory filing, the company will issue up to 1,70,58,082 equity shares of face value of ₹2 each at an issue price of ₹750 per share to raise an amount not exceeding ₹1,279.35 crore.
