Russia says strikes hit Ukrainian military-linked facilities, vessels

MOSCOW, Sept 24 - Russian forces carried out a series of strikes across Ukraine overnight and later on Thursday, targeting facilities and vessels that Moscow said were linked to the Ukrainian military.
