India win 4x400m relay silver after Seema's bronze in women's 10,000m final

In March this year, Seema recorded a personal best of 32:02.43 in the 10,000m at The TEN in California, finishing fifth in a high-level international field. She also improved her 5000m personal best to 15:16.20 in April this year.
