Kyiv under missile attack, emergency crews dispatched to two districts, mayor says

Sept 24 - The Ukrainian capital Kyiv came under attack from Russian missiles early on Thursday and emergency crews were dispatched to three districts, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said.
