Byju’s parent Think & Learn, Aakash reach settlement over rights issue before NCLT Bengaluru

The Bengaluru bench of the NCLT was informed that Think & Learn Private Limited and Aakash Educational Services Limited have settled their dispute over Aakash’s rights issue. This was communicated by Senior Advocates representing both parties during a tribunal hearing.
