Subhash Chandra insolvency case: NCLT issues notice to CBI

The five-member NCLT bench has asked the CBI to file its response within four weeks. The tribunal is also probing proceedings related to an alleged loan fraud involving Chandra and LIC Housing Finance Ltd.
