Pine Labs shares gain after 4.3% equity changes hands in block deal

As per data available on the exchanges, public shareholders hold 100% stake in Pine Labs. Of this, Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd held 4.31% stake or 4.97 crore equity shares in the company, at the end of the June quarter.
