Major federal infrastructure bill promise investors 'speed and certainty' for new projects

The Build Canada Strong Act. launched the day Parliament resumed after summer,  is designed to streamline the project review process and modernize the federal labour framework to accelerate construction of road, rail, and ports nationwide.
