Calif. AG Bonta Says Settlement Is Not a 'Blessing' for Paramount Deal

California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced an antitrust settlement reached with Paramount Skydance that he says will protect jobs. This clears the way for Paramount to take over Warner Bros. Discovery. But Bonta says this deal is not a "blessing" for the merger. (Source: Bloomberg)
