Samvardhana Motherson gets board nod to acquire 50.1% stake in Rotary Connectors at ₹500 crore EV

Post completion of the transaction, SMAST will hold 50.1% of the equity share capital in Rotary Connectors. Hence, the latter will become an indirect subsidiary of Samvardhana Motherson International.
