Prince Pipes reappoints Jayant Chheda as CMD for three years

Prince Pipes and Fittings has extended the tenure of its top leadership, with Jayant S. Chheda continuing as chairman and managing director and Parag and Vipul Chheda retaining key executive roles. The appointments come as the company reported June-quarter revenue of ₹6.09 billion and net profit of ₹337.49 million. Shares gained 4.3% on Friday to close at ₹269.80 on the NSE.
