Mumbai redevelopment to gain more ground over next 5-7 years: JLL

Mumbai's redevelopment segment has grown from under 6% of housing sales to close to 15% in under a decade, and JLL's Karan Singh Sodi expects that share to keep rising over the next five to seven years, driven by a lack of open land and growing institutional developer interest.
