OnEMI Technology Solutions shares in focus after board nod to raise up to ₹832 crore via preferential issue

Prior to the issue, as of September 11, 2026, Axis Small Cap Fund and Massachusetts Institute of Technology did not hold any shares in OnEMI Technology Solutions, while HDFC Banking and Financial Services Fund held 12.10 lakh shares or 0.67% equity, as per the exchange filing.
