India bars selling chip plants till declaration of full commercial production under Semicon 2.0 scheme

Semicon 2.0 guidelines: Approved chip plants cannot sell or mortgage project parts until commercial production. The scheme has a Rs 1.27 lakh crore incentive outlay.
