Hillhouse-backed Elevate Campuses sets IPO price band; issue opens September 23

At the upper end of the price band, Elevate Campuses aims to raise ₹2,100 crore through the public issue, which comprises entirely of a fresh issue of shares, with no offer-for-sale (OFS) component. Hillhouse Investment, Singapore, is the promoter of Elevate Campuses through two entities — Genius Bidco Holdings and Genius Rajkot Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd.
