India monitoring US Russia sanctions bill, vows to protect trade interests

The bill targets Russia's energy and defence sectors and gives the US president powers to impose tariffs of up to 100% on countries that continue buying Russian oil and gas. India and China are among the major buyers potentially exposed to the measure.
