US House passes sweeping Russia sanctions bill, sends it to President Trump

The legislation would expand sanctions targeting Russia's energy, defence and shadow-fleet sectors and give Trump authority to impose tariffs of up to 100% on countries that continue buying Russian oil and gas, including India.
