Fortis Healthcare moves Supreme Court to stop forensic audit of IHH takeover

Fortis Healthcare has challenged a Delhi High Court order for a forensic audit of IHH’s acquisition, saying the listed company should not be held responsible for its former promoters’ personal dispute with Daiichi.
