Western Europe Failed to Ensure Security on Continent - Russia's Zakharova

YEKATERINBURG (Sputnik) - Western Europe has failed in its task of ensuring security on the continent, therefore, the security concept must be Eurasian, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Wednesday.
