South Africa says U.S. misrepresented its policies after visa curbs

JOHANNESBURG, Sept 16 - South Africa's foreign ministry said on Wednesday that it had noted with concern U.S. visa restrictions on some people from South Africa announced by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio a day earlier.
