Patanjali case: Delhi High Court slams Tax Appellate Tribunal over ‘procedural lapses’ and ‘undue haste’

A bench of Justice Dinesh Mehta and Justice Rajneesh Kumar Gupta said that the ITAT, as the highest fact-finding body, failed to properly address Patanjali’s arguments or discuss the issues in the seven appeals.
